Custom Fabrication
Brown-Campbell can manufacture, cut, weld, paint, galvanize and fabricate
grating to meet customer requirements including:
- Straight and circular cutting and banding
- Notching/welding
- Serrated Heavy Duty bearing bars and cross rods
- Toe Plate Attachment
- Radially cut grating panel fabrication
- Grating with checker plate
- Vault grating
- Grating with hinges, locks and lift handles
- Heavy Duty Grating with top and bottom cross rods
- Heavy Duty Grating with spacer bars to form a close mesh
Brown-Campbell can also do "take-offs" from architectural plans or grating
outline drawings supplied by the customer (example shown below) to develop
detailed grating drawings necessary for custom fabrication.
